Phased Post Construction Cleaning that Delivers Great Results
Our primary goal is to prepare your property for occupation. We do all the dirty work to ensure everything is ready on time. Our post construction cleaning takes place in three phases, namely:
- Rough cleaning: Our rough cleaning process involves removing dirt, dust, debris, and other trash from both the interior and exterior of the building. We shall also take time to clean all sinks, toilets, tubs, and get rid of all labels and temporary protection elements no longer needed. We clean out cabinets and wipe countertops. We shall also scrape door s and windows, clean door sills, storage areas, and closets.
- Prep clean: In our second phase of post construction cleaning, we conduct a more detailed cleaning of the house or office. During this phase, we focus on detailed cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchens, countertops, windows, and cabinets. We also do a thorough cleaning of light fixtures, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and appliances. We shall also vacuum and mop the floors.
- Final cleaning: The final phase of our post construction cleaning occurs only after the contractors have completed their work, and nobody else will be re-entering the property. During this stage, we ensure that dust is completely removed and floors are thoroughly mopped. We shall also vacuum the carpets and complete the remaining detail work.
